The Company
'Airmazing Inflatables' is set up and operating as soul trader in the name of Mr M. Probert.
Payment
We do not require a deposit to hold a bouncy castle or inflatable booking.
No penalty will be incurred for cancellations any time prior to delivery.
Full payment will be expected if delivered.
Payment will be made on delivery, either by cash or cheque, made payable to Mr M. Probert. A cheque guarantee card must support payment by cheque.
Unfortunately we cannot give refunds in the event of bad weather.
Delivery
Under normal conditions we aim to deliver to most venues within a 5 mile radius of Watford free of charge.
We do, however reserve the right to increase charges at short notice, if we feel that extra monies need to be recovered for delivery beyond the 5 mile radius.
You will be notified before the delivery date and advised of the final cost, including any extra charges made for delivery.
Delivery will be made at a time, which is both convenient to you, and us alike.
We reserve the right to make changes to delivery times at short notice if we are unable to deliver when previously specified.

Setup
We aim to set up your bouncy castle or inflatable and to demonstrate any safety features ascertaining to its operation on delivery. However, if this is not possible or practical, we shall not be held responsible for any incident caused by its set up or inflation.
We will endeavour to replace any bouncy castle or inflatable that fails due to normal mechanical/electrical defects (that is not caused by misuse, vandalism or lack of due care and attention) free of charge.
If we cannot replace your bouncy castle or inflatable a full refund will be given.
We can provide a generator at extra cost.
Hire Agreement
Before the bouncy castle or inflatable is passed into your care, a signature will be required on our hire agreement.
The Liability Insurance, which protects you, will not be legally binding without a signature.
A copy of the agreement can viewed here (pdf), but generally the agreement will be signed on delivery.
Please note:
Persons hiring our bouncy castles and inflatables are fully responsible for any loss, through theft or otherwise, or any malicious damage, or damage occurring as a result of misuse.
Collection
We aim to collect your bouncy castle or inflatable at a time, which is suitable both to you and us alike.
We reserve the right to change the collection time at short notice. The bouncy castle or inflatable will be rolled and packed away by us.
The bouncy castle or inflatable should be returned to us in good condition. Any spillages, mud, or other substance must be removed by the hirer.
No abrasive, spirit, or chemical cleaning fluid should be used on the inflatable, only normal household washing up liquid and a soft cloth should be used.
We reserve the right to apply additional cleaning charges for any bouncy castle or inflatable that is badly soiled.
